ROGER THE DOG Roger is a very beautiful Staffy cross age 6, his a people lover and great with kids. -We are looking for a dog lover as Roger is very affectionate and is in his element when he receives lots of engagement and play….. -Roger requires one walk a day on the lead for 30-40 minutes ( there are many beautiful walks including the Cooks River) -Preferably no Interaction with other dogs THE HOUSE - Very clean, Lovely federation style home with a garden in an exceptional neighbourhood -We have a small gym set up in our garage for anyone looking to work out includes, squat rack, hyper extension bench, Olympic weights etc - Internet, NETFLIX etc Great House - Great Dog -We are a 20minute walk or 5 minute drive from Ashfield mall, train station and amazing Asian restaurants where you will experience the best dumplings an exotic Korean bottle shop and an amazing Japanese restaurant, lots of selection and cheap food! - We are a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the very fancy Summer Hill we’re you will find a complete opposite of flavours with an infusion of Italian restaurants, and pizzerias, bars and a very fancy IGA. -We are a 15 minute walk from Canterbury Racetrack which hosts the summer twilight races on Friday nights, It’s always a fun night out. -7 minute drive from Dulwich Hill -7 minute drive to Marickville -15 minute drive from Newtown REQUIREMENTS -Confident dog walker, preferably someone who spends time at home or works from home.
