We have a half acre block with a small 3 bedroom low set block home with 3 areas outside covered. With carport facilities for your car and a dedicated spot for a caravan to be hooked up with power and water in exchange for looking after the outside. So preferably we would like someone or couple with their own self contained van/Motorhome. No pets to look after just our veggie gardens, pot plants and lawn to be watered and maintained. We have both a ride on mower and a petrol hand mower and whipper snipper for use. We have terrific neighbours and we are in a quiet street. There is a large Woolies supermarket here in Cooloola Cove and an IGA in Tin Can Bay. There are 2 doctors surgeries, Dentist, Pharmacies newsagents, 18 hole Golf Club, Hotel and eateries in the area and a police station. We are 55 klms from Gympie and 75 klms from Maryborough, 20 klms from Rainbow beach. We have external security cameras installed! You could have the use of our enclosed sunroom which has a lounge, dinning table and chairs, fridge and TV if needed. Also have a fish cleaning facility in the yard if you do a spot of fishing while here! Ideally we would like our sitter / sitters to be here for a few days prior to our holiday and there’s no rush when we get back for you to leave immediately but can stay an extra day or so if required!

House Tasks

Maintain lawns, veggie garden, pot plants any weeding if needed collect mail and keep the sunroom tidy. Have a sunroom with fridge available if staying in your caravan. We have an outside toilet for use but sorry no external shower.
