Situated 101km west of Sydney 1.8km into the bush North of Leura with its sophisticated restaurants, cafes, boutiques and train station in the magnificent Blue Mountains. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 large rear decks overlooking a beautiful bush garden. Walk, feed, care for and be companion to our buddy Murphy, our 9 year old mini labradoodle . He is an Inside dog who loves a walk in the morning and the evening and loves a game of chasings anywhere.. He needs to be given a half tablet of apoquel every morning before breakfast to prevent itching. He loves people but can be a bit of a punk with other dogs. Occasionally he will lash out at them so beware when walking him. Usually he is fine but we have been banned from the doggy park! You will also be required to water about 10 Bonsais once a day. other indoor plants as needed maybe only once a week. The outside nursery at the side of the house needs a hose on it about every second day. Collect mail keep the house clean & tidy and relax and enjoy yourself.
