Hi there! We will be going away for 3 weeks during 27 Sept- 19 Oct. Putting this out now, if any of you lovely house/pet sitters available during that time. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath modern unit in Arncliffe. Fully furnished. Shower, gas kitchen and oven. Central Airconditioner. Fibre internet, Washing machine and dryer. Private balcony and access to the lawn area. Ideally we're looking for a single person to stay in the guest bedroom, with a convertible queen bed. The unit block is a 6-minute walk to Arncliffe Train Station and local shops. 5 minute drive to Brighton LeSands/Kyeemah beach. 10 minute drive from the Airport.

Pets & farm animals

Ghost is a 9year old blue-heeler, he is house trained that lives with us. At a minimum, I walk him twice a week. And try to play frisbee/catch in the private access lawn area atleast once a day. He is a very low maintenance pet other than picking up after him. He has turned into more of an indoor dog as he’s gotten older and enjoys morning cuddles. .

House Tasks

The main tasks would be looking after Ghost and picking up after him doing his business, We have a small balcony with artificial grass for his emergency, but otherwise mainly the once a day walk and or play in the lawn area would be perfect! Keeping the place tidy is an essential, and bringing out the rubbish every other day especially if the dog is to be left longer than 10 hours a day. More photos over the weekend will be uploaded.
