3 bedrooms and a study/office space which is perfect for working from home. Big lounge room with lots of light and indoor plants downstairs and a small lounge area upstairs. Split aircon in 4 rooms for heating. Kitchen has a dishwasher, smeg oven and gas cooking but it’s Ikea and not great. Fibre internet. Less than 100metres from lovely parklands making dog walks super convenient. It has a bike/walking track along the Cup and Saucer Creek which also meets the Cooks River walking paths. A lovely cafe close by with yummy menu and good coffee. The house is cozy and quirky. Veggie gardens in the back which should be full of lettuce, all the herbs, lemon tree etc. We have two friendly dogs, Shady (11) kelpie x border collie and Rayla (2) kelpie x Jack Russell. Shadey is slowing down these days and requires an oral medication twice a day. She can’t go upstairs as her hip displacia makes that difficult so we have a gate to block this area. She loves butt scratches, her food, walks and chews. Rayla is a little pocket rocket. She gets the zoomies at the park and loves to play with other small dogs and kelpies. She will want to sleep in bed with a human which in winter is like having a hot water bottle and pretty nice. She needs lots of cuddles. Both dogs are used to at least two walks a day as the park is so close they don’t need to be long.

Pets & farm animals

2 dogs only. Both dogs are smart, socialised and come back when you call them.

House Tasks

Collect mail, pick up dog poo from back lawn(we supply poo bags), put out rubbish bins weekly, water indoor plants once a fortnight. Water garden if it’s a dry spell
