Property is located 4kms from Canungra town , the road is steep in places and gravel/dirt but in good condition. The cottage is 1 bedroom and fully equipped. We have 2 budgies in a cage, about 20 chickens , an aviary with cockateils and a small fish pond. Therefore familiarity with feeding these types of animals will be required.
