Hello and welcome! I have a little farm house on 5 acres. It’s on a great location near the Wistow bakery. We have town water and our street is on a sealed road. There’s plenty of room out the front for a caravan. I have 4 kelpies. One of which is anxious and like to stay inside but is happy to also play with my other dogs in the morning in the front paddock. They are all friendly dogs and like to lick faces so sorry in advanced for all the love. There are dog cages for them all so they can be locked away at night or when you go out for the day. There’s some sheep (friendly & no rams) and I’ve got plenty of hay for them. There’s a shed of chickens that a free range during the day. My house is small but big enough for 2 people. There’s one toilet and a small bathroom. There’s a kitchen but it’s more of a kitchenette- just small bench space but has a large fridge and oven with stove top. There is 4-seater lounge and a tv with Netflix. There’s a paddock in front of the house for the dogs to run about in during the day which makes looking after my kelpies easy as they have plenty of room to run.
