I have a beautiful one-bedroom apartment in hawthorn right by the Yarra River. I need someone to stay and look after my cat while I am away. A great place to relax, go for walks, and be close to lots of great things. Wake up to birds chirping and go to sleep to crickets. You'd never know it only takes 20 minutes to get to the CBD via tram! This apartment is fantastic, right on the Yarra River and a stone's throw away from Hawthorn, Kew, Abbotsford, Richmond, and even Fitzroy! The apartment is segmented into 6 separate rooms allowing privacy and clean energetic living. The space has a very peaceful relaxing vibe which I've cultivated while living here. It rejuvenates the soul, boasting large windows with green views from every angle - and loads of natural light! There is a front and back door - which is an awesome feature of this apartment! The backdoor leads you down to the covered carpark and laundry while the front door opens up into a beautiful garden with trees and magpies and flowers. High ceilings with fans, a huge bathtub, AC and heating, TV, fast internet, moody salt lamps, and a super comfy bed that faces a window overlooking the garden are a few more of the reasons I love this apartment. the kitchen window and back door patio open up into views of the Melbourne city skyline which is stunning at night! Yarra river walking/biking trail is a 1 minute walk away, so if you like nature walks/runs/rides. The trail takes you 30 minutes to Abbotsford Convent to the north and 40 minutes to Southbank to the south. Victoria garden shopping centre (home to IKEA) is also just a couple minutes' walk for groceries, shopping, or a tasty lunch.

Oliver (Ollie) is a gorgeous sweet young male Tabby who is indoor/outdoor.

House Tasks

Feed little Oliver, give him love. He doesn't use the litterbox, he goes outside, which is nice! I would love someone who can send a couple of photos while they are here! Keep the plants alive!
