Our home is situated 5km from Gloucester on 20 acres just before Barrington Village. Our home is a comfortable open plan 3 bedroom house with a self contained attached flat with lovely views, Our house sitters usually stay in that as very easy care and comfortable but are welcome to use the whole house. There is a large patio overlooking a solar heated pool and irrigated river flats. Tread Mill, cross trainer and table tennis are available. 10 minute drive to town, lovely park on the river, coffee shops, RSL and bowling club, Woolworths, IGA. Great golf course, art gallery. Our pets are Tilly a 9 year old Dalmatian house dog who loves company and Alfie 10 year old an easy going cat. We have 5 Isa brown chickens who just require food and collecting eggs. 15 Angus cattle need to be walked to a new paddock once a week, just opening a gate. We have internet and Netflix. Just watering pot plants and maybe mowing around the pool area if needed.
