About

My two story home is a light-filled, well maintained contemporary terrace close to transport (light rail, trains and buses). There is a small garden and it is in a quiet street with limited parking (not timed but free parking is usually available close by).

Pets & farm animals

My lovely old cat, Simba, is a quiet boy who might take a bit of time to get to know you. He needs a quiet environment so loud noises, other animals and children make him run away. Simba has cat flu so takes half a tablet every second day. He has no problem taking it when it's crushed and mixed up with his food and a bit of water. He also enjoys having a comb run through his thick fur.

House Tasks

Collect mail, take out garbage bins, water a few plants, give the small patch of grass out the back a go-over with the whipper snipper occasionally and just keep the place looking like someone lives there.
