We have a beautiful peaceful rural 5acre property, with fantastic neighbors. Our dog Marley loves company so a sitter that is retired or works from hime would be preferred. We are close to some great coffee shops and wineries and only a short 15min drive to Dunsborough or Vasse and 30 mins to Busselton. Only requirements would be to love feed walk and look after Marley. Our neighbor will mow the paddocks and garden service will mow the lawn around the house. Watering of the indoor pot plants would be required. We have a second property about 400meters down the road that has Alpacas, sheep and cows that you can walk Marley to. We have all amenities plus a study and an art studio. You will have your own ensuite and large bedroom with a king size bed, wifi, aircon, fireplace outdoor seating.

Collect Mail, keep house clean, water pot plants. Mowing is an option but not a requirement. Walk Marley
