I have a two bedroom two bathroom split level apartment in Kogarah. I have a ground level apartment so there is a cute little garden on the bottom floor and large balcony on the 1st level. I have two beautiful cats, Astro (8yo) and Albi (6mo) that are super affectionate and cuddly. I love plants so i have quite a few house plants along with my courtyard garden.
Open plan kitchen and living room on level one, along with one bedroom and one bathroom, then downstairs i have the laundry along with the master bedroom.
The bedroom on the 1st floor is used as an office, with large desks and computer monitors if you need to work from home. Nice fast internet, plenty of streaming services on the large TV in the living room and a projector for the bedroom downstairs.
There is also plenty of car spaces in the aprtment underground carpark if you have a car!

Two cats, Astro who is 8years old and Albi who is 6 months old.

Collect the mail, water the house plants and garden, but most importantly cuddles with the cats
